I'm a Sport Management major at Texas A&M, minoring in Communication and Business, and I like being close to revenue. At EXL Service I worked in sales operations, building a quota planner that modeled 5,000+ reps and presenting a new compensation framework to senior leadership. Outside of class I was CCO of Revello, a student discount app with 1,000+ downloads, where I ran marketing and sold ad space to local restaurants, and I founded Sticket, a sports ticketing startup.
On campus, leadership is where I’ve invested the most. I kept stepping into bigger roles, rising from first-year counselor to Chair of Fish Camp and from member to Head Director of FADE. In both, my focus has been team-building: creating a culture where every counselor, staff member, and freshman feels like they belong, trusts the people around them, and is ready to lead.
What drives me is connecting with people, solving their problems, and building toward a common goal. I’ve learned that the best sales don’t come from a pitch; they come from trust. Whether I was pitching a restaurant owner on advertising with Revello, asking a local business to sponsor a charity tournament, or helping a family decide whether Texas A&M housing was the right fit, the win came from listening first, understanding what they actually needed, and following through. That’s the kind of salesperson I want to be: someone clients trust because I take the time to understand their goals and help them reach them.
